Master Plumber – Plumbing Department Leader
Help us build GEN3's new plumbing division!
GEN3 Electric & HVAC is an established Philadelphia home services company looking for a licensed Master Plumber to help launch, grow, and lead our plumbing operations.
This is an opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build something of their own, without the financial risks and headaches of running a business.
You'll have the backing of an established company with management, marketing, dispatch, customer service, and administrative support already in place.
What You'll Do
Help build and lead our new plumbing division.
Initially perform residential plumbing service and installations while growing the team.
Recruit, train, and manage plumbing technicians.
Oversee permitting, inspections, code compliance, and quality.
Help develop pricing, procedures, and growth strategies.
Participate in potential plumbing company acquisitions, mergers, and partnerships.
Transition into a greater management role as the division grows.
What We're Looking For
Active Philadelphia Master Plumber License (required).
Strong residential plumbing service and installation experience.
Leadership ability and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
A desire to build a successful, long-term operation.
Management experience is a plus, but we're open to a talented Master Plumber ready to take the next step.
Compensation & Benefits
$110,000–$135,000 base salary.
Up to $40,000 in retention bonuses over four years.
