About Us:

GEN3 was started in 2000 with a simple mission, "I want employees to gain the skills needed to become Master Electricians so they can go off on their own while building a business they want to stay at." - Bill Lutz, Owner

To keep growing we need Lead Residential Electricians to join our diverse team.  We keep on growing because we only hire the best, and our customers love us for it.   If you live in Philly you can’t miss our trucks, and yes Oggi really was our dog as GEN3 remains a family owned Philly business with locations open in Delco and South Philly, and our third in Montgo later this year.

There are NO weird or late hours, our Electricians typically work 7:30 am to 4:00 pm with just one prescheduled Saturday about once a month.  When you clock out you get to go home, and enjoy your life in peace as GEN3 does not provide on-call service. You will get a predictable and stable schedule and the training to do a good job and opportunity to advance.  In addition, if you have a preconceived notion of "who" we are, unless you know us, you're probably wrong. GEN3 is an incredibly diverse company with 80+ employees who live throughout the Philly area.
