Customer Service Representative

At GEN3, we’re a fast-growing, family-owned Electric & HVAC company, and we’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about our services and address questions and concerns.
- Assist customers with scheduling, billing questions, and order or service updates.
- Maintain customer records and notes in our CRM system.
- Work with office staff and technicians to resolve issues and keep customers informed.
- Identify customer needs and guide them toward the right products or services.
- Handle concerns with professionalism, empathy, and timely follow-through.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and service offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience (home service industry is a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
