HVAC Lead Installer

GEN3 Electric & HVAC is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled HVAC Lead Installer to join our Philly-based team. We install high-quality systems for homeowners and we don’t leave our people hanging.
What You’ll Get:

What You’ll Do:
- Lead residential HVAC installs (heat pumps, furnaces, A/Cs, mini-splits, boilers, ductwork, etc.)
- Mentor junior techs and ensure clean, timely, and safe installations
- Work directly with homeowners, managers, and office support
- Perform start-ups and system tests
- Maintain job information, collect payment and work professionally
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience - not all system types required
- EPA certification
- Solid technical and leadership skills
- Strong communication and customer service
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
